1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the takbat platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, and any other features made available at https://takbat.ws ("the Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and takbat ("we", "us", "our", "the Company").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a wager, or using any service offered by takbat, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

takbat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. 2. Eligibility and Registration

To create an account on takbat, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from takbat or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not registered as a problem gambler with any self-exclusion scheme.
• You will provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and will keep your account details up to date.
• You understand that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money wagered on the Platform.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, takbat reserves the right to close all but one account, void any bonuses awarded, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your takbat account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. takbat will never ask you for your password via email, phone call, or any channel other than the official login interface at takbat.ws.

• Do not share your account credentials with any other person.
• Do not allow any third party to access or use your account, even temporarily.
• Notify takbat support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other platforms.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

takbat accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility until you have formally reported a security breach to our support team and received written confirmation that your account has been secured.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

takbat supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

• Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements on casino bonuses must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited.

• Players who have made a withdrawal request prior to meeting the wagering requirement on an active bonus will have the bonus and any winnings generated from it removed from their account.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on takbat are supplied by certified third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each provider's games operate using independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer environments that cannot be manipulated by takbat or by players.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game. Any winnings resulting from a confirmed software error are void.

• Any form of money laundering, using takbat to pass funds through the platform without the genuine intent to gamble.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the result recorded in takbat's server logs is considered the official and final result. In the case of a live dealer game, the ruling of the dealer and the studio's independent game manager takes precedence.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express written consent of takbat or the relevant rights holder.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, takbat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Technical failures, server outages, connectivity interruptions, or data loss.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game outcomes caused by third-party game providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform for decision-making purposes.

Where takbat is found to be liable for any loss or damage, its total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your takbat account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and the absence of any pending investigation. Bonus balances and wagering-incomplete promotional funds are not refundable upon voluntary closure.

takbat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including bonus abuse, collusion, or money laundering.
• Failure to provide requested identity or payment verification documents within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy).
• Requests received under a valid self-exclusion or problem gambling intervention programme.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law. In the event of a dispute between you and takbat, you agree to first contact our support team at [email protected] to attempt an informal resolution. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

All references to time in these Terms use Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). All monetary amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

11. Privacy and Data

Your use of the takbat Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, use, and protect your personal data. takbat processes personal data only to the extent necessary to provide the Platform services, verify your identity, process payments, comply with legal obligations, and deliver customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. All data processing is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
